This service allows you to have immediate access to operations with Bankia by placing a simple call from any phone number.

Contracting: To set up this service you are required to visit any brand of Bankia. From the moment at which you contract the Multi Access system you will be able to access all Bankia operations via the Remote Banking services.

Identification: To access the Oficina Telefónica service you will be required to enter the following information:

  • National ID card (DNI)(or passport or residence permit without letters)
  • Password: PIN of associated card.
  • Electronic signature: will be delivered to you upon contracting the service and will be necessary to carry out movements of funds.

Entry into service: To connect to Oficina Telefónica, you are rquired to call the Customer Service Centre of Bankia:

  • 902 11 40 15
  • +34 91 602 46 80.

Select the Oficina Telefónica option and Identify yourself via National ID card (DNI), saying verbally or typing in in its telephone the number of its NATIONAL ID NUMBER (or passport or residence permit without letters). Then indicate your Username in the System (PIN of the associated card): by saying your personal ID number or marking it on the phone.

Below, you will be required to select the operation that you would like to undertake. Whenever you want to carry out fund transactions or contact with a Telephone Manager, the system will require your to enter your Electronic signature, which is provided at the time of contracting the service.

Operating methods: You will be able to carry out your financial operations automatically (24 hours a day) by indicating the code of the transaction that you would like to carry out, or via a Telephone Manager (between 08:00 and 22.00 hours) who will attend to you personally. To access the Telephone Manager you must request "Other Transactions" or indicate code 100. This process requires an electronic signature.
