The Tarjeta Dorada de Renfe is reserved for the over 60s, or for state benefit recipients who are over 18 years of age and certified as suffering permanent, total, absolute or major physical or intellectual disability, and also for persons a formally certified disability of 65% or more. People that need to obtain the card of Companion should request them directly in Renfe.
