• Likewise, data will be used by Bankia to achieve the objectives that the law confers to all institutional systems of protection in general and, particularly, in accordance with the fact that these objectives have been approved by Banco de España and the National Commission of Competition with regard to the institutional system of protection which Bankia (IPS) belongs, to all purposes of the IPS credit analysis of risk and solvency and consolidation of balance sheet, as well as any other aspect of the financial and the functional integration of the members of the IPS, which includes sharing all its data for this purpose with the IPS head financial institution, and the rest of Savings Banks that integrate it, when the applicable legislation is available in each moment.
