Accessibility of the Customer Service Helpline

Bankia has a special helpline for people with hearing and/or speech impairments. Users will be able to communicate with the company, to make any general enquiries related to our products and services.

Anyone interested can access this service through the following two options:

Bankia thus becomes the first leading financial institution to adopt this system, which allows users with hearing impairments to contact the Customer Service Helpline from the Internet or their mobile phone, by text and in real-time, without the need for other people to act as intermediaries.

This service is available from 8.00am to 10.00pm, Monday to Sunday. Outside these hours, users can leave a message and the bank will contact them the next day, completely free of charge.
