Bankia has a special helpline for people with hearing and/or speech impairments. Users will be able to communicate with the company, to make any general enquiries related to our products and services.

Anyone interested can access this service through the following two options:

Bankia thus becomes the first leading financial institution to adopt this sytem, which allows users with hearing impairments to contact the Customer Service Helpline from Internet or their mobile phone, by text and real-time, without the need for other people to act as intermediaries.

This service line is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday to Sunday. Outside these hours, the user will be able to leave a message, so that on the following day, free of charge, the company will get in touch with him.
