- At a fixed interest rate: you allow ensuring the interest rate to be paid during all the loan life.
- At a variable interest rate: the interest rate of your mortgage will go adapting to market conditions, with half-yearly reviews according to the evolution of the BOE EURIBOR 12 months.
- At a combined interest rate: ensuring you a fixed interest rate during an initial period that it will be able to be of until 7 years, and then a variable rate interest with half-yearly reviews.
- Financing of until 80 % of the value of your property.
- Maximum repayment term of 30 years if is interest rate fixed.
- Without appraisal fee and if you choose a fixed interest rate, clearing fee of risks is not applied by type of interest.
- You will be able to choose on the day of your payments' maturity.

Fixed rate: from about 2.20 % starting from 10 years, until about 2.75 % until 30 years.
APR: 2.43 % for a supposition of 150,000€ to 25 years, with a fixed interest rate of the 2.30 % 12 first few months.
